Refund Policy

1. Free first, pay later

Every new shop can use the service free for 14 days, so please make sure it works for you before choosing a plan.

2. When you get a refund

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, you get a full refund. Accidental double payments, or long outages caused by us, are refunded for the amount concerned.

3. When there is no refund

If you stop the service in the middle of a period yourself, or the shop is closed for breaking the terms, the remaining period is not refunded. SMS, courier and other third-party charges are not refundable.

4. How to ask

Email info@onesalesflow.com with your shop address, the payment TrxID and the reason. After verification the money is returned within 7 working days to the method you paid with.
