The name, mobile number, email and shop name given at signup; payment information (TrxID, amount); and whatever you keep in your shop — orders, customers, products, staff and so on.
To run the service, for login and security, to verify payments, to send renewal reminders and important notices, and to improve the service. We never sell your data or your customers' data.
You control your customers' data; we only store it on your instructions. Following the applicable law when you send SMS or messages to customers is your responsibility.
Every shop's data lives in its own database; one shop can never see another's. All connections are encrypted with SSL (https), passwords are stored hashed, and separate backups are taken every day.
Services you connect (couriers, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, bKash) receive the information they need to do their job. We may have to share information with authorities when the law requires it.
We use the cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not track you for advertising.
