One Sales Flow ("we", "OSF") is an online CRM through which a shop owner ("you") manages orders, customers, couriers, SMS, inbox, landing pages and reports. By opening a shop or using the service you agree to these terms.
You must give a correct name, mobile number and email when opening a shop. Keeping your admin and staff passwords secret is your responsibility, and you are responsible for everything done from your account.
New shops get a 14-day free trial. When the trial or a plan ends, the CRM and the shop website are paused until you renew, but your data is not deleted. Plan prices and features are shown on the website and may change with advance notice.
Plans are paid in advance by bKash or another approved method. Send Money payments are switched on after verification. A wrong TrxID or an incomplete payment will not activate a plan.
You may not sell illegal products, commit fraud, send spam SMS, use other people's data without permission, or try to break the security of the service. If we find any of this we may close the shop without notice.
Couriers, SMS gateways, Facebook, WhatsApp, bKash and other third-party services run on their own terms. One Sales Flow is not responsible for their outages, charges or mistakes. SMS and courier costs are charged to your own accounts.
All data in your shop (orders, customers, products) is yours. We only store and process it to run the service. See the privacy policy for details.
We try to keep the service running at all times and take daily backups, but maintenance or unexpected problems can cause short interruptions. We are not liable for indirect business losses; our maximum liability equals your last month's plan price.
You can stop the service at any time. Data of closed or expired shops is kept for up to 90 days; within that time you can ask for a copy of your data.
